Latest Information  

  October 20th 2009. The girls scratch score was 3054, this would have gained 3rd place had the BTBA honoured the fact that Becky BTBA card had not been sent out. Despite immense amounts of reasoning the NAYBC followed BTBA instructions and Becky was allowed to bowl however her scores were not counted. Given our girls team are made of individuals who all have another year as U14's we would have been stronger contenders for next year, that is had the format for next year not have changed. Next year U16's and U14's combine with 3/4 U16's and 3/2 U14's. The Championships are to be held much earlier in the year which will mean a change to how the training will be carried out. More on that after the trials.

The coaches met in December to discuss what had happened in 2008 and the up-coming 2009 season. The training dates for 2009 were  agreed taking into account the relative short period there is till the Under 18's qualifying round. 

The early dates are for the Under 18's followed by the Under 16's, the U14's / Under 10's forming the Lancashire Academy. UNDER 18’S SQUADS.
