Preston YBC Knockout Cups

The annual Knockout Cup competitions feature Individual and Team competitions. The individual rounds are run over a two week period, first score in that period counts, and the team competition is based on sum of the two weeks. All based on Handicap.

  Each year a Knockout competition is held, there will be an Individual Handicap knockout and a Team Knockout, both events will be decided on the last week of the current League season (at this point likely to be 5th May).

The Preliminary round was run on the 14th and 21st of February 2009. The first series handicap rolled on either of the weeks counted.

Round 1 of the individual cup will commence on the 28th February. The 15 qualifiers from the above preliminary round joined 17 others who had Bye's to Round 1, the draw for the pairings was carried out  after the final scores were in on the 21st. Round 1 will run for 2 weeks, the first handicap series bowled over those weeks will count.
