I wish to inform you that as a result of a number of resignations occurring within the Lancashire BTBA Executive, Mr Steve Gomersall the out going Chairman called an EGM which took place at 6.00pm Saturday 5^th January 2002 at Lakeside Bowl Preston. Mr Mal Holmes, the out going Secretary under instructions from the National BTBA took the chair.

At this meeting the following officials were appointed each by unanimous vote:-

Chairman Mr Mal Holmes BTBA Number 000026

Secretary Mr Mike Glover BTBA Number 036076

Treasurer Mr Brian Wiggans BTBA Number 002204

Vice Chairman Mrs Bev Weisenberger BTBA Number 078240

All the necessary meetings are now taking place between the out going and newly elected officials to ensure a smooth transition.

I enclose an email copy of the resignation of Dave Sorrell as Treasurer.
