The bowler must be under 14 years of age on the 31st August 2003, if 14th birthday is before 1st September 2003 then NOT a U14.
The bowler must be under 16 years of age on the 31st August 2003, if 16th birthday is before 1st September 2003 then NOT a U16.
The bowler must be under 18 years of age on the 31st August 2002, if 18th birthday is before 1st September 2002 then NOT a U18.
The bowler must be 23 years of age or under on the 1st January 2003, if 24th birthday is before 2nd January 2003 then NOT a YAC.
