Annual General Meeting

Held at Lakeside Superbowl on Saturday 15^th January 2005.

Present.

Chris Aldersley, Rachel Jennings, Phil Aldersley, Edwin Whitehead, Carol Barter, John Barter, Steve Ray, Mike Guy, Jackie Batty, Sam Dennison, Cath Dennison, Dave Knowles, Andy Constantine, Karen Constantine, Keith Tootle, Tony Ashworth, Colin Winstanley, Nick Winstanley.

Apologies. Mal Holmes, Bev Weisenburger, Chris Lansdowne, Laurie Wilson

1.0. Bryan Wiggans (treasurer) tabled a report of the finances for the year 2004, which he read out to the meeting and it was made available for all to read.

2.0. Election of Chairman. Mike Glover proposed Richard Beck, this was seconded by Phil Aldersley. No other proposals were received. The meeting agreed unanimously. Richard Beck confirmed his acceptance and was appointed as Chairman.

3.0. Election of Vice Chairman. Bryan Wiggans proposed Edwin Whitehead, John Barter seconded this proposal. As no other proposals were received the meeting unanimously agreed. Edwin Whitehead confirmed his acceptance and was appointed Vice Chairman.

4.0. Election of Treasurer. Pete Singleton proposed Bryan Wiggans, this was seconded by Rachel Jennings. No other proposals were received and the meeting agreed unanimously. Bryan confirmed his willingness to carry on as treasurer for probably one more year only. He was therefore appointed as treasurer.

5.0. Election of Secretary. Phil Aldersley proposed Mike Glover, Chris Aldersley seconded the proposal. No other proposals were received and the meeting unanimously agreed. Mike Glover confirmed his acceptance and was therefore appointed as secretary.

The meeting was then brought to a close.
