On Line County Trials Entry Form
To register for a place in the Lancashire County Trials in November 2002 please fill in the boxes below and select one of the three dates when you would like to bowl. When you press Send, the information will be mailed to the tournament manager, and you will receive a mailed response to advise if there are sufficient places available on your selected date. Your place will be provisionally booked however only on receipt of the £18 payment will your place be guaranteed. Details of who to make a cheque payable to will be sent in the response. If no response within 1 day assume not received.
